Membership Registration
Would you like to become a member of Senju Kai Hawaii and learn Okinawan dance and culture? Mensore! Dancers of all ages and skill levels are welcome. We are happy to have you.
Instructions
1. Pay the Registration fee.
You may pay by check made out to "Tamagusuku Ryu Senju Kai Hawaii". The registration fee is $50 per month per student. The fee must be paid monthly. Please mail the check to the address below with student's full name and application or clicking here to pay online.
2. Fill out the Membership Application Form.
Please download and print the Membership Application by clicking here (PDF file, 267kb filesize). Please fill out all fields on the form to completion, and indicate for which class you are registering. For families with more than one student/member applying: One application form is required for each student who wishes to apply.

Conditions
- Rehearsals and Performances may replace regular classes
- No refunds
- Payment for membership must be made in advance.
- Registration will not be accepted without payment.
